Key Responsibilities

• Leadership: Oversee, manage, and mentor field staff.
• Site Planning: Develop and execute site logistics plans and conduct constructability reviews.
• Trade Coordination: Schedule and manage trade partners and scope of work.
• Scheduling: Build, update, and manage project schedules, resolving impacts proactively.
• Compliance & Safety: Lead safety enforcement, manage quality control, and coordinate with local authorities and special inspectors.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 10+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience
• Proven history managing $20M+ projects
• OSHA certification required
• Proficient with Bluebeam, MS Office Suite, and scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera, or Phoenix)
• Hands-on experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling)
• Ability to interpret complex architectural drawings and technical specifications
• Outstanding communication skills and a team-first mindset
